Little Scholars Management LLC ("Little Scholars," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, submit a form, enroll in our programs, participate in our Loyalty Program, attend events, or communicate with us by phone, email, or SMS text message.

By using our websites or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or submit information to us.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• Online forms, landing pages, and registration pages we operate
• Email, SMS, phone, and web chat communications with us
• Our Loyalty Program
• In-person tours, events, and inquiries where information is recorded electronically

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect and maintain as part of a child's enrollment records once a family has enrolled. Those records are governed by our enrollment agreement and by applicable New York State and federal childcare and education recordkeeping requirements.

4. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Little Scholars regarding program updates, appointment reminders, and Loyalty Program notifications.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 15.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of enrollment in any Little Scholars program.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the SMS platform and communication service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only as necessary to provide that service.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you transactional messages relating to your inquiry, appointment, enrollment, or Loyalty Program account. We send marketing and promotional emails only where you have consented to receive them.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our marketing lists. We may continue to send you transactional or service-related messages after you unsubscribe from marketing.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure advertising performance. These may include:

• Strictly necessary cookies, required for the website and forms to function
• Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our websites
• Advertising cookies and pixels, which help us measure and optimize our advertising campaigns

You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of our websites, including forms, may not function properly.

Most browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because no common industry standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, our websites do not currently respond to them.

7.1 We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for monetary consideration.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Inquiry and lead information: retained for the duration of the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and record-keeping purposes
• Loyalty Program records: retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to resolve disputes and enforce our Terms
• Consent and opt-out records: retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable communications laws
• Records required by law, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements: retained for the applicable statutory period

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include access controls, encrypted transmission of data submitted through our websites, and limiting access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their duties.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

Little Scholars provides childcare and early childhood education services. Our websites, forms, and Loyalty Program are directed to parents, guardians, and other adults — not to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 online without verifiable parental consent, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Information about a child that appears in our systems is provided to us by that child's parent or guardian.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us using the details in Section 15 and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails or SMS messages
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing

Little Scholars operates in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. If you access our websites or submit information from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
